During reading suspense book in Kindle, Amelia's attention diverted her tween Arthur, who seen perturbed after returning from school. When enquired the reason about his condition, replied he was not shortlisted in team of ice hockey match. She tried to woo his sad face but failed.

The next day, when mommy's son was in school, her mom clad in jumpsuit visited bookstore to buy a book for him. She asked bookseller to recommend a book for tweenager.

On enquiring about the recommended book, bookseller told in brief that reading this book will help to keep children's worries at bay.

The main topics discussed in this children book, the book of no worries written by author Lizzie Cox are friendship and social pressurefamily issues, school and academic stress, body image and pubertyemotional healthmindfulness and relaxation, self-esteem and confidence and dealing with change included.

It is often observed that kids aged 9 to 12 confronts new situations that seemed hard for them to cope in their growing age. In that scenario, they will stay focused and optimistic after solving their everyday issues after reading in this book.

After listening bookseller advice, Amelia thanked for giving good book recommendation, she bought book, returned home and handed over to Arthur to read.
