The same scenario happened when one of the Prime Minister from Pakistan made his mind to visit New Delhi to watch cricket series in unanticipated way. The bold decision to visit India couldn't be digested by senior government officials of India and Pakistan so they began to conspire and thwart against the upcoming event.
Among the dislikes was an Indian bureaucrat named Swami who tried to exploit situation in his favor. The unlikely attitude from Swami brought the foreign relations in jeopardy led a protest from Prime Minister of Pakistan to take stand of his own.
