Mazda unveiled a sports car that runs on electricity

Mazda showcased its Iconic SP concept at Japan Mobility Show 2023, featuring a fuel-adaptive engine and a brighter Viola Red paint than its proprietary Soul Red Crystal.

The Iconic SP is an elegant vehicle with a streamlined body, sloping roof, long hood, pointed nose, and hidden headlights. It weighs 1450 kg, measures 4181 mm in length, 2103 mm in width, and 1148 mm in height.

The compact interior of this vehicle features sports seats, a digital instrument panel, and a touchscreen multimedia system, with a biofabric finish, showcasing minimalism and featuring an original gear selector.

The electric car uses batteries recharged by a rotary engine, capable of running on various fuels, with a 365 horsepower power output, demonstrating carbon neutrality, particularly when powered by renewable energy.

The car's commercial release has not been confirmed yet.
