If you are
user of Sony Xperia smartphone, must have noticed one change, feature of
Monitor & Control App that often used by photographers has become paid one.
Tools of
waveform, histogram, and multi-camera view to access by connecting your Sony
camera either to Android or iOS, which had made Sony unique in terms of competition.
Now if you
want to use that feature, will have to subscribe first. Monthly and annual subscription
rates are $4.99 and $49.99 respectively.
In coming
days, it will be known how many Xperia smartphone users would turn into paid
subscribers.
But there is
alternative solution, if you don't want to use that paid feature, can use
applications of third parties free of cost but won't be able to use the same
capabilities that Sony provides.
