Darren
Aronofsky, a renowned film director, screenwriter, and producer, recently
discussed his experience working with the Big Sky 18K cinema camera, which was
designed to capture content broadcast on the world's largest spherical
building, Sphere.
Aronofsky
used Big Sky camera for Postcard from Earth, requiring 12 people to move and
prevent overheating. He noted that Big Sky's capabilities differ significantly
from conventional cameras, highlighting its unique capabilities.
Big
Sky's camera boasts a 316-megapixel HDR image sensor, larger than 4K cameras,
capable of recording video at 60 frames per second, more than twice the speed
of a regular 24p movie.
The Sphere has installed a 14,865 m² display area to showcase films shot on Big Sky.
