Electronic Arts (EA) decided to discontinue developing its next Star Wars game owing job cuts

This is a shocking news for gaming industry particularly for the gaming developers as Electronic Arts (EA) has fired 670 staff. 

These job cuts would accounts for 5% layoffs from the total workforce of EA globally. Failure for obtaining funding for game studio had resulted taking this drastic step. The downsizing of workforce would allow the company to focus their attention on initiating the profitable gaming projects that in much demand these days before the users.
